What did you do (or are you going to do) this weekend to improve your health?

Get my 60 gm of protein every day.

Get my 64 oz of fluids every day.

Get at least 30 minutes of exercise every day.

Consistency is the key.

I have been out walking with dogs for 4.5 hours already this weekend.  I will swim tonight.  I've spent some time on OH.  I've replaced a meal each day with a protein drink or bar.  I have gotten in my 64 oz of water.  Treading

I didn't do anything to improve my health this past weekend.  We've been on vacation (and still are for one more week).  We had company all weekend at my Mom's, and I made some bad decisions - especially on Sunday.  I ate 2000 calories yesterday!!!!!!!! OMG I haven't done that since my surgery almost a year ago.  They weren't all bad calories, but I certainly didn't follow a typical day's eating plan. 

I did bring my medicine ball with me and did a very strenuous routine on Friday morning, but I think I pulled something, because I haven't been able to move much since Friday evening.  So I didn't even exercise on Saturday, Sunday or today! 

Aaaaaaaaaaaargh!
