wieght loss ticker

Hi everyone, I found the weight loss ticker site but have not figured out how to put it on my postings.  Can anyone tell me how to do this.   Thanks

I think you just copy it and paste it into your signature.  Don't copy the URL.  Copy the actual ticker itself.  The set up for your signature can be found on the left side of this page under User Settings.  It's been awhile since I did mine, but I'm pretty sure that's how I did it.
