Good Morning NH
Hope everyone had a fun and safe week end!!!
I had my surgery on 5/30 and came home on 6/2, BUT did I tell all of you that later that night, my 1st grandchild was born in Frisbie Hospital?
Yep, I am a Grammie now, well Nana for me...
Cameron Philip, he is now what, 4 weeks?
So HOORAY for GRANDBABIES!!!!
Hi Nana,
What an exciting summer for you so far!! Easy way to remember when your surgery was. You just add the same years as your first Grandchild. They are the best huh? I have 3 grandchildren and another due in August. Each one is so very special.
You must be starting to feel a lot better by now.
It takes time but...
OH SO WORTH IT !!
Enjoy that new grandson and take care.

Rosemary, I am feeling pretty good . My queasyiness that I was experiencing daily has disappeared this week. Maybe I have turned a corner? (keeping fingers crossed)
I eat 3 tiny meals , and 2 shakes, plus of course my water and vits. and sometimes a dessert, such as SF popsicles or SF fudgesicles.
I will be progressing to stage 5 next week. I took the slower route and have yet to throw up or dump. I am losing rather slowly, but I will take it as it is a loss and I am not excerising YET.
take care , Jen
