Hi everyone, Just heard about the site at support meeting this past Monday. My last check off before meeting with Dr. I have my appt w/ Dr Gens on 7/2. Getting a little nervous. I know I am eating alright but still worried about maintaining weight loss for surgery. Nice to see I have plenty of company in the area.

Welcome aboard. Glad you found us okay. Don't be nervous about meeting with Dr. Gens. He will also have another appointment with you and the person who will be with you when you come home. My hubby was very impressed with him. Good luck and keep us updated. Also make sure to check out the Main OH board and you will get a lot of ideas from that board. Roxanne

Welcome to OH. This site is fantastic!!! Nervous is normal. I was so stressed about that weight loss before surgery! I had to lose 21 lbs and lost 34... and was STILL nervous when I stepped on the scale on DOS!!! Best wishes.
