Moved my rump today!
Hi Jennifer,
Glad to hear you are into walking. I too love to walk and go when I can. I also have the treadmill. Siince I have lost my weight I feel more like exercise than I used too. What area in NH are you from? I had surgery in Portsmouth. They are a great team. Did you figure out how to change your settings? I do believe it is User Settings which someone had said is located on the left of your screen under NH Weight Loss Forum. I hope this works for you. Have a nice day. Roxanne

Hi Roxanne, it wasn't me who was looking to change my settings. Though I did, I picked a balloon as a symbol of the weight that is going to float away (hopefully). Hopefully I will be having surgery by Christmas. Keeping my fingers crossed. I went walking this morning as the weather isn't looking to good. Then I hoped on the bicycle did a whirl around the street and then I impressed my son and got on his skateboard. Fell flat on my rump! My son laughed again hysterically. I guess i'm moving and that's what counts. I dug out my old cd player last night and a few old cd's, used that to walk this morning and it made it more pleasurable to walk, even put a beat in my step. I wonder what the negihbors are thinking!! Jennifer
Hi Jennifer,
Sorry, I realized that after I replied to the post I had sent it to the wrong person. I did again reply to the other post. I had my surgery after Christmas. By the time Spring came I was in full gear and feeling great. I wish you luck. Keep up the walking. Keep me updated. Roxanne

June 21... hmmm, that was Saturday. I took the dog for a super long walk with my husband and we were able to have a conversation without the kids constant interruptions. I played hard with the kids. I went to a baseball game and climbed in and out and up and down the bleachers have the night. And I completely blew off my run! ;-) Ah well, Sunday I made up for it.
