Email Gov Lynch on WLS bill
Hi All,
Ann is right on that the time is now to send the Governor a message that a veto of this bill (which was passed overwhelmingly in both the House and Senate) is simply the wrong thing to do. The more public pressure that is put on him, the better chance there is he won't veto the bill. But as the article states, it sounds like he is leaning that way. Letters to the editors of your local papers is another great way to let your important voices be heard.
I've posted suggestions on what you might write in an email or letter previously, but if someone feels like I should post it again here, please let me know!

One quick thought...do you think if one of you posted that our NH governer is considering vetoing a bill to mandate coverage of medically necessary surgical weight loss on one of ObesityHelp's national message boards might prompt even more people to email him in support of the bill? Even though they are not residents of this state, they could probably tell him of the benefits of the surgery from the big picture perspective.
If anyone would be willing to do that, I am thinking it might be helpful!
