Market Square Day 10K tomorrow!

Hi all,    If any of you are going to Market Square Day tomorrow (6/14) in Portsmouth - keep an eye out for me.  I'm running the Market Square Day 10k!!!  Can't believe it!  I just started running last August, and starting in April I did a 10K training group with Runner's Alley - very supportive and it got me from having a hard time running 2 miles to being excited to run 6 miles!  woo hoo!  So...if you're in town, come down to the finish line at Prescott Park.  I should be getting to the finish between 10:15-10:30 if all goes well! 

I have other plans for tomorrow, but I wanted to wish you luck!! You're an inspiration.

Good luck!  Ill be down there but not til after the road race is over...... Too hard to get downtown until then :)   Boy Im gonna miss sampling all that great food this year!!!    But anyway back to the topic at hand,  Have a great race tomorrow, let us know how you did! Kate

Hi, How did you do today? Way to go running 6 miles and kudos for taking on a 10k race!!

So, how did you do?  Was it a good race? My first road race is going to be the Portsmouth Harbour Trail 5K.  Any chance you are doing that one? --Umber.
