May's Exercise challenge - how did you do?
My May goal was set at 10% more than my April goal, so I was supposed to get 1,320 minutes of exercise in this month. Well, I walked to and from work and during lunch hours, which was new to me, and still kept up my gym routine for the most part. I shocked myself. I exercised 2,890 minutes this past month!

If you drink the SlimFast, use the Ultra. I think it's better for WLS patients. And make sure it's really cold. I used to drink it, but I just can't stomach it anymore. It did curb the appetite though. What I drink now is 8 oz. CIB, a scoop of EAS Whey Protein and 8 oz. of skim milk. That also holds me over for awhile, and it tastes better to me. I still usually end up having a small fruit or yogurt about an hour before I head out for my lunchtime walk.
