May's Exercise challenge - how did you do?

I did great!

First goal was 400 minutes -- blew that away.
Second goal was 800 minutes - got that
third goal was 1000 minutes -- got to 1005 minutes yesterday and I'm sure I'll add to the total today.

How about everybody else?

My May goal was set at 10% more than my April goal, so I was supposed to get 1,320 minutes of exercise in this month.  Well, I walked to and from work and during lunch hours, which was new to me, and still kept up my gym routine for the most part.  I shocked myself.  I exercised 2,890 minutes this past month!

Wow! That's awesome! I wish work was within walking distance!

I'm thinking of trying slimfast for lunch to see if it really fills you up and controls hunger (for up to 4 hours according to their labor) and using lunch to walk a bit more.

If you drink the SlimFast, use the Ultra.  I think it's better for WLS patients.  And make sure it's really cold.  I used to drink it, but I just can't stomach it anymore.  It did curb the appetite though.  What I drink now is 8 oz. CIB, a scoop of EAS Whey Protein and 8 oz. of skim milk.  That also holds me over for awhile, and it tastes better to me.  I still usually end up having a small fruit or yogurt about an hour before I head out for my lunchtime walk.

Wow! You guys did a great job! I lost track after the first few weeks.

Does anybody want to start the thread for a June challenge??

I still can't remember my goal, but I did 660 minutes!!  And...I ran over 50 miles last month!  Wahoo!

well i was bad about adding my minutes this month!...... but i'vebeen working out! wow!.over 2000 minutes?..........AWESOME!
