May Challenge -- how are you doing?

It's another week - how are you doing on your goal?


I'm at 735 minutes. My original goal was 400 minutes, but exercising everyday (12 days in a row so far) is blowing that out of the water. My new goal is 800 minutes which I should hit this weekend.

I'm at 483 minutes.  I don't remember what my goal was!    But the cooler thing, I've run 40 miles so far this month!!  That means I've run from Portsmouth to Nashua!  Look out Forrest Gump!

Awesome!!! I set my goal at 60 minutes a week. I thought I would do the typical 20 minutes 3x's a week. That's 240. I am past 240. I am up to 100 minutes a week. No so good, but's it's a start. Next month I will try to set my goal a little higher. 40 miles....again AWESOME!!! Jenni

Daily plate says that 1 hour of gardening burns 400 calories... so i say YES!

I count doing yardwork as doing exercise -- you are moving and you aren't sitting on the couch!
