How are you exercising today?

I did 20 minutes on the eliptical at the gym and a 30 minute walk at home. Up to 715 minutes for the month. My goal will be doubled this week or early next week.

And I lost 3 lbs!

Today I walked 4 miles. I like the ticker that I see on some of the posts. Where did you find the ticker? Are you keeping track of the minutes exercised versus days of the week exercised? Congrats on the loss! Jenni

The ticker is at tickerfactory.com. I need to update mine for the 3 lbs.

I've been tracking my exercise by minutes as well as keeping track of when -- I've been exercising everyday for a couple weeks now and have been adding in the eliptical at the gym this last week.

Yesterday I bought a Band thingie..by the Firm that came with a DVD. I did it this morning and love it! It is a 30 min workout, and i managed to get 20 min done. Its tougher than I thought, but its a start. I am trying to do a little to begin with. Its a start! Tommorrow, I go to the gym, and will walk the suspended track and swim after. Great job on the 3 lbs. ! ! Sherry
