I've been tracking my exercise by minutes as well as keeping track of when -- I've been exercising everyday for a couple weeks now and have been adding in the eliptical at the gym this last week.

Yesterday I bought a Band thingie..by the Firm that came with a DVD. I did it this morning and love it! It is a 30 min workout, and i managed to get 20 min done. Its tougher than I thought, but its a start. I am trying to do a little to begin with. Its a start! Tommorrow, I go to the gym, and will walk the suspended track and swim after.
Great job on the 3 lbs. ! !
