B12 Patch

Hi Everyone, Has anyone tried the B12 patch? I saw it online and was wondering if it really worked.  My girls had to get shots monthly for quite a while - I am hoping to avoid that

Hi Rosemary,  These patches have been discussed on the RNY forum.  Some folks there seem pretty knowledgeable and have done some research.  They feel the patch is not likely to be effective. My memory (which ought to be independently verified!) is that little or no evidence exists to support that B12 can be absorbed thru the skin.  But check it out for yourself.  Look for FDA approval.  Best of luck - Treading
