Anyone use Slimfast?

I'm wondering if it really fills you u*****t.  I'm debating on whether to try that or not to get my 13 lbs lost.  My worry is that I won't feel full and want to eat more!  And another side of me is also thinking it might be good practice for when I am going to be on liquids! thoughts? Ann

I've tried a few shakes and wasn't impressed. I just followed the plan that the nutritionist outlined in order to lose the pre-op weight. I thought about using the shakes before hand to lose some more weight, but I was warned that you'll get sick of them fast enough after the surgery, so you might as well wait to start drinking them until then.
