3 good things
1. I didn't overeat yesterday, even though I had sort of given myself the day "off" since it was mother's day.
2. I was lounging around the house on Saturday, doing nothing, when I decided to STOP being a slug and get up and do something. I forced myself to go from room to room and put away ten things that were in places they didn't belong. By the time I got to the third room, my mood had improved, and my house was tidied up!
3. I am halfway done paying off my car!

I'll get in on this too;
1. I had a fabulous mother's day. Erin cooked for our family...she's not a mom yet.
2. Nicole and I took a woman's self defense class on Saturday. The place where I worked sponsored it. We laughed so much all while learning a few new things and getting a great workout.
3. I have been walking 4 out of 5 lunch hours with 2 very supportive friends at work. They really motivate me and tell my how good I'm doing. We are going on our third week!
