How will you move your body today?
We just went for a forty minute walk on the Windham Depot trail in Windham. If you've never used it before, it's awesome-- it's an old train track, which has been paved over. There's also a horse trail next to it. It's wide enough to walk with three friends! People use it to bike, walk, run, and jog. There's also a parking lot (and a porta-potty) nearby, which makes it a great place to get exercise without having to worry about cars.
