CMC -- Lifestyle changes course coming up

Donna -- mainly for you in case you didn't call yet to register for the course -- they called me today and the next course is starting May 22nd - thursdays at 530pm.  They also have one that is Fridays around noon.  I'm in the Thursday night class. Ann

Ann,  Thanks for the heads up.  I had spoken tot hem and they had called me yesterday.  I'm also signed up for the Thurs night classes.  I'm running  late right now butI'll catch up with you later tonight or this weekend to set up meeting before the suport group on Mon. ~Donna

Hi Ann & Donna, I took the life style change classes @ CMC  - I found them to be informative but don't expect any earth shattering info. LOL !! What I really enjoyed was being able to share what little I knew & to be able to talk to folks who are in the same boat as I was. I met some wonderful people in my classes. A little hint if you really hit it off with a group be sure to get e-mail addresses, I didn't & regret not being able to touch base & see how they have made out. Some where still awaiting approval etc.  Enjoy!!!!   Linda
