Mandated Coverages Passes -- Now on Gov's Desk

Hi All,

As you saw in an earlier post, Senate Bill 312 mandating insurance coverage of surgical weight loss passed the House yesterday by a vote of 209-139. YES! Because it already passed the Senate, the bill was sent to Gov. Lynch's desk for his consideration. This process will probably take 7-14 days to play out. I encourage you to send a note to Gov. Lynch asking him to sign the bill into law. Contact info is below:
