apnea free (perhaps)
I guess the title says it all. Hubbie says I quit snoring about a week and a half ago. I wake up well rested. I don't wake up in the night at all.
I didn't use a CPAP but I snored, woke up constantly, and in the morning was so exhuasted I could cry. I knew I had apnea, I tried a sleep test but couldn't sleep (I was also a cronic insomniac) and eventually just cancelled the re-do. I didn't really want to know.
But now I sleep well, quietly, and wake up WITHOUT THE ALARM GOING OFF at 7am, every day.
Wow!
Howdy,
Great news! A good night's sleep - wow. I still find it amazing that such dramatic improvements in health come about so quickly with this surgery and the weight loss. Fantastic. I'm still waiting for my initial consult (for a sleep study) and I kind of wonder about how worthwhile it is to go through all of the testing just 4 months before surgery. But I'm a team player so --- fine by me. Great to hear of your success. Treading
