May Exercise Challenge!
Well, it's almost May and that means it's time to set some new goals!! If you'd like to join us (and encourage each other), then post here and set your own goal. Personally, I am going to increase my last month goal by 10%, especially since the weather is nicer and I should be able to get out and walk more

Having this challenge really keeps me motivated to exercise. I can't tell you how many times in April I wouldn't have exercised, but I did it so that I could meet my goal at the end of the month (which, btw, I surpassed by 237 minutes - yay!)
