May Exercise Challenge!

Well, it's almost May and that means it's time to set some new goals!! If you'd like to join us (and encourage each other), then post here and set your own goal. Personally, I am going to increase my last month goal by 10%, especially since the weather is nicer and I should be able to get out and walk more

I'll add 10% to my April goal also, so for May, it will be 1320 minutes - Yikes, I hope I can do it!

I'm going to try again - I did exercise a lot in April, just forgot to report!  But now I have a good "baseline".  Put me down for 600 minutes!  Thanks - Becky

Hi i was here ALOT back in 2003 and 2004 now that i have found you all again I will be 300 mins lets see if I can do this...I just had a baby so I need to kick the exercising back up!!!!

Make my goal 400 minutes please - I didn't multiply correctly.  400 will give me 3 times a week for30 minutes plus a little extra. Ann 65/400 minutes

How do you all want to do your check-ins? Should I post a thread every friday, or do you want to keep a running tally on this thread?

I would say whatever easiest for you.  It's so nice that you agreed to do this.  Thank you.  Having this challenge really keeps me motivated to exercise.  I can't tell you how many times in April I wouldn't have exercised, but I did it so that I could meet my goal at the end of the month (which, btw, I surpassed by 237 minutes - yay!)

Okay, sign me up!  I started walking again the day I saw my PCP for his referral on April 22nd, so I might as well make it official.  Sign me up for 1260 min, please  ~Donna
