Friday Check In - Exercise Challenge!
It's time to post your total number of minutes for the first week of our April Challenge!
I am checking in with 214 minutes.
***Ignore my ticker... I am also coordinating this month's Lap Band exercise challenge and that total is the total for EVERYONE on that challenge... Wish I could have the time to exercise that much, LOL***
So far, 220 minutes. But, I'd like to change my goal to 1200 minutes because I already know there are a couple of days that I may not be able to make the gym this month. If I surpass that amount, great, but I don't want to feel defeated before I even get going into the month. Thanks!
