I wanna play, but I've questions...
I'm new to these exercise challenges, so fill me in on "exercise". Does the stretching before/after count toward our minutes? I don't want to cheat! How about lower impact things like Yoga (hush - I LIKE my Yoga for Dummies DVD!) or are we just counting the cardio/weight type stuff? Any other ground rules?
Does 750 minutes seem like a reasonable challenge to start with? Janine

Personally I do count my stretching after a workout, because I understand that your body is still burning calories during stretching !!! Yes Yoga and things count... Really no rules, the goal is to do any type of exercise!
750 would average out to 25 minutes a day! I think it is reasonable and obtainable!!!

I'm doing my usual routine of walking for 1.5 to 2 hrs a day and swimming 30 minutes 4 times a week. I may not be here to post my weekly times though (I've a loved one in hospice). The next month or so is going to be rather full . But I'm keeping up my routine and preparing for surgery in September. You'all take care, Treading
