Hi all! This is a place I used back in my Atkins days.  They make sugar free/ Gluten free cookies, breads, pies ect....  From what i remember pretty tasty too :) Has anyone else tried them post surgery?  Seems like the nutrional values are right up our alley (that is at stage 5).   Interested check em out at www.chatilasbakery.com k8

I've  used this bakery both pre and post surgery.  I've had no problems with them (other than it is habit forming and I try to stay away from the carbs!  I've taken their baked goods to family outings where no one had a clue that these were sugar free/gluten free and they have disappeared like leaves in a hurricane!  I am glad that Salem is not really convenient for me, else this place could be very dangerous!

DO NOT, WHATEVER YOU DO, TRY THE MACAROONS.  THEY ARE SERIOUSLY ADDICTIVE!!  This is a really great bakery.  It's nice to have a place you can go to for special occasions.
