X POST changing surgeries?

I am scheduled for lab tests , EKG, upper GI and such, I am suppose to have a RNY in May/June .

I am seriously reconsidering the Lap band again, should I notify Nancy right away as some of these lab tests I think are for RNY only, like checking the vitamins?

We are allowed to change surgeries right?

You can change surgeries as many times as you want.  The dr will give you their opinion what they think will be best for you, but ultimately you make the final decision.  So tell Nancy when you see or talk to her next.

I believe the tests are just rutine (sp), and have nothing to do with what type of surgery you will be having.  I am about to finish my tests next week.  So hopefully within a month to 6 weeks, I will have the lap band done! Good luck! Crystal
