Ziploc Omelets, anyone heard of this one?
A woman on another website saw this recently on tv..a cook was demonstrating it and I thought it was interesting. Here's what you do:
"Take a quart size ziploc bag (sorry I did not get if it was sandwich, storage or freezer), crack 2 eggs inside, mix them by squeezing the bottom of the bag, add about a tablespoon of each ingredient (cheese, ham, mushrooms, peppers, etc.), squeeze to mix again. squeeze all air out and make sure all ingredients stay in the bottom of the bag.
Now put into a pot of boiling water with bag top hanging over to edge, cook/boil 13 minutes and perfect no oil omelets! She said they were incredibly fluffy and no oil involved."
My son and his fellow Boy Scouts do this when they're camping. They use the heave freezer ziploc bags. The most important thing is to not cook it too long. They come out great!

We also use Ziploc (sometimes Glad) and use the freezer bags as they are a bit more sturdy. Shirley, I started doing this back when my son was in Boy Scouts as well.. and as a Scoutmaster (yes I was one!!) I also trained other leaders in how to do these.. they are great for camping trips as well as doing at home.
My favorite is 2 eggs, salsa, Kraft shredded taco cheese, finely chopped pieces of linguisa sausage.. YUMMO as Rachel Rae would say!! :-)
I'm a girl scout leader and my troop has been doing that one for a couple years also. Either use two regular el-cheapo bags (one inside the other) or use zipper style freezer bags. When they come out they remain shaped exactly like the insides of the bag - which the girls always get a big kick out of. I've never had any trouble getting one out, either. Slides out very easy.
