I've been so bad last week- I even forgot to log how many minutes New week!

Hey Jess!  That's too bad... I always remember to log my minutes because I feel so accomplished when I do!!! I have an excel file that I just put the date in and the amount of minutes... then when I need to total it, excel does that for me!

hmm that's a great suggestion Cindy! I think keeping track of it will also keep me focused. I think I'm gonna try that. Thanks!

I'm checking in (late) with 190min. for that week.  Hopefully this week will be even better!  :-)

Hi, I'd like to join the challenge if it's not too late.  I was on vacation, so I just saw the post today.  So far this month, I have 285 mintues of exercise in.
