Hey NH !!! So for the past couple of months, I've been doing an exercise challenge on the lap band forum... It's been great and has really helped many people become motivated to get their exercise on regular basis... So I thought I would lead one here!!!  Believe me, it's a great motivator and lots of fun!!!  So let's start the challenge in March!  The challenge is to workout 1000 minutes in the month of March!  We'll all check in each Friday of the month! Post here and let me know if you're participating!!!

oh ya! count me in! this is just what i need! hmmmmmmmmmm............soo how many minutes does that break down to i i were to figure it out weekly?......lookin for my trusty calulator now~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Great Idea, Cindy!    I'm game though I have it pretty easy.  I'm only 'allowed' to walk and swim (docs orders, you know).  But I do walk every day with my dogs and I try to swim 5 mornings a week.  I'm going to count half my walking time only cuz with all this ice, I can't really walk hard or fast.  So, I'll log 30 minutes for an hour out walking.  This is great.  Logging and daily tracking are just the habits I'm working on establishing right now.  Cool.  Thanks, Treading

Everything counts!  Whether you are walking, jogging, swimming, shoveling snow, or just doing bicep curls while watching TV.... As long as you are moving, you can count it!!!

This is great that we have all of you participating !!! We're going to make a huge impact on our bodies with all this great exercise!!!  If anyone else is still interested in joining, post here and I'll add you to the list! So far I have the following participants: Cindita Sweetpea4u TreadingH20 Jesscap5 Whitespots Shirley D. I hope there is an April challange!!!  I go in tomorrow so Im guessing my March activity will be low.  But if you are still going strong in April count me in !!!
