Cathy....
i talked ot my dr. gens about my coffee love, and he did tell me i could introduce it back in with moderation.... and i do plan on doing that, i am tempted by trying to trick my self with decaf for a while when i do, then do the half calf then coffee.. i just want to be smart about it and follow what my dr says. but the morning drag is tough......
do you drijnk decaf tea?. i like tea as wekk, i like the decaf flavored teas myself.... the best thing about the tea for me is i don't need to put much in it unlike my coffee. i love my half and half in it and splenda.............hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..........lol.. just typing it out makes me want it, but only in my head... i never hungry anymore! amazing i tell ya amazing!
treading. tkae all the time you need to make up your mind, it's a huge choice to make. and the bypass is truly once you do it " my final answer" meaning, once you do it, there's no going "back"
Hi SweetPea-
Thanks for the support. It means a lot to me from those who are in the know to affirm taking a good bit of time to think this through. I was sure, just certain, four months ago that I would not have WLS-that the very idea was an indication that my docs were quacks! I'm pretty young and though I have some issues I am not THAT bad off. I don't have diabetes and I'm pretty active. But I do have some issues with my heart and now I have this very bad back and I got a new scan result that indicated future troubles brewing in my spine. Well, it took a week for that to set in and I had come around 180 degrees and was ready to open my mind.
I was just sure, conveniced, I would have the band and I couldn't ever take the risks of RNY. And now I am really moving in favor of RNY. I can't imagine NOT taking the time to process this in small bites. So, I am trying to do this with care. Thanks again - hope a bit of coffee in the mornings doers the trick. Treading
