CIGNA

I HAD Anthem and they have paid for everything all thru this process.  As of Monday, I am going to have CIGNA.  Can anyone tell me anything about them.  Any pitfalls I can avoid ??  Any info will be greatly appreciated....................

Cigna Sucks, you need to go to your HR Dept, because they are the only ones that will be able to tell you if  it was paid as a premium on your insurance. It doesn't matter what anyone here says, its up to your company wether or not they've included it. Start there. I went through the whole process because Cigna told me it was covered for a year and now they say oops we're sorry we made a mistake.

I have cigna and they require six months of monthly visits with your primary----IF it is covered.
