Oh, that STINKS.  I wasn't planning on going on the 10th but would love to meet you.  I figured I'd hold off on the meetings until I get an insurance that will cover WLS (earliest that could happen is probably October).  Hmmm...maybe I'll try to get the day off & head up anyway...

No kidding!  Where is everyone?!?  I'm here--just went to see the Simpson's movie.  My BF thought it was the most hilarious thing he's ever seen, I couldn't wait to get out of there...   What's everyone else up to? Angela

Well, I guess it is high time for me to join in.  I am going to my first meeting at CMC in Manchester on August 1st.  I am really excited.  But I have to put the question out there, why did you choose DHMC?  I appreciate any kind of information that I can get and if you have any advice. Hi. I'm here off and on. This is a quiet board. I think in the winter it will get more lively. Everyone is off enjoying the weather. It is great this year because since I have had the surgery I no longer sweat and am enjoying the warm sun for the first time in a long time. I wear a sweatshirt around the house in the evenings.  Really weird what this surgery has done. I am just so glad I did it. Enjoy the up coming week.  Roxanne

Hi all- I am out here too! I mostly check out the Mass board since I am working with the Center for Wt Management at Lowell General. I keep an eye on the NH happenings too! I live in Derry, so I pop in and out of the NH Board also. I am in the beginning stages- have had the Abdominal Ultrasound, Met with the Dietician, Psych, ARNP, had labs, chest X -ray and have been attending the support groups in Lowell. I love the program! My biggest problem is the exclusion in my darn Insurance policy- I am ready to go ahead- but they won't pay.  I am looking into buying a Harvard Pilgrim or BCBS Policy in Oct when it is "open enrollment" in NH. My Insurance agent has been great and is looking into particular plans that cover WLS (so far there are 2). That's my scoop- Hope everyone is well (and cool with this humidity- UGH) Carolyn
