WHAT A WEEK

I hope all of you don't have a week like mine. It all started last thursday. My mother-in-law decided that she wanted to sell the house that Pauline my wife Cody our 2 year old and myself live in. { they refinace the house paulines grandmother lived in for the last 50 some odd years so she could go into an assisted living facility 3.5 years ago at 97 years old.} They refinanced and put the house in a trust under the grandmother and mothers name. My mother-in-laws boyfriend and her convinced my wife to do this but I had a lot of resevations. Because we would be paying for just a bout everything. it is a 2 family we paid pretty much 1/2 of the mortage the house ins. water and sewer bills, and taxes. My mother in law would pay the rest of the mortage if there was no tenant.  My in laws boyfiends brother was hire to get us a tenant. well it urned out to be the tenent from hell... When they moved out last march Pauline decided to find a tenant on her own. we did that for 6 months. people loved the place but it is small and parking stinks. those were the compaintes we heard. So atfter 6 months my in law decides to hire the boyfriends brother again well 10 months later still no tenent. So inlaw decides that this is taking to much money and we need to take the house out of the trust and sell it. Just great all the work that I have done to this house and everything we have paided for to this point is now thrown out the window. Because the house was in the trust we could not declaire any of this on our taxes because we were concidered renters. So pauline is mad we have nothing to show for all the work we put into this house. So we will probably end up in some small apartment somewhere. Just need to come up with first last and security.  My full time job stinks, I take care of about 100 acres between 2 schools. The pay is stinks I am making about 1/2 of what I should be due to the town I work in does not pay well. The mower keeps breaking { Thanks Lowest Bid} and now I have a new boss that like the old one keeps saying well next year we will put in the budget for a partime summer help for you. Yeah right I have heard that for almost 6 years. My partime night job tjhe owner came down on me last night for not fixing things that I did not know were broke. His landscape and lawn crews break so much and I can only fix what I know is broke. I almost threw my keys at him and told him off. But with the chance we may need to move some what quickly I am going to stay and take the flipin abuse. On the plus side I ahve lost 47 of the 72 needed for surgery I ahve ordered my material to take the arborist exam Once I havbe the surgery and loose the weight I am going back to work in the trees where I have a degree in and tell my 2 other jobs i quit Finaly after 6 years I am taking pauline and cody camping in maine for 3 days. This is the first vacation in 6 years actually since our honeymoon. Hopefully it will be better than the last. I got laid off the day before the wedding but did not get told about it til we got back from the honeymoon. what a way to start our new life together. thanks for lettiong me vent   scotty

vent away scotty!........you certainly have some steam to blow off!..... on a positive note. the real estate market isn't what it used to be, property is not selling quickly. and if the parking stinks and the apt in dinky on one side that is a big selling disadvantage.... ya never know, maybe it won't sell!..the market is totally different now, it's been slow and going to get worse they say!.... so save if you can to be ready if something does happen. but what a pain in the arse to be living in a house that is for sale!...... hey! you could live like total pigs and discust potencail buyers away..............LOL......evil joke i know!...... i hope this week gets better for you!........and congrads on the weightloss!. losing weight while being stressed can be VERY tough!
