The waiting begins

I met with Dr Gould yesterday. Everything went well. Now I have to wait a week or week and a half to get my surgery date. I have already spoken with my insurance company and they have indicated that there will be no issues with my approval - so i hope this comes in quickly! I REALLY want to get this done in April !!! My birthday and a best friend's wedding at the first few weeks of May and i want to be recovered enough to attend the wedding!

Tammy, I wish you much luck. I had my surgery in Jan. I feel great. Are you having Gastric Bypass or Lapband? I know how excited you must be right now. Take care. Roxanne

Thanks Roxanne! I am having gastric bypass. I am excited, scared, the whole gamut! I am looking forward to a summer full of changes.
