good visit

well I saw Linda and Susan both today. 7 days out from surgery. Everything looks great. Linda said in a few days I can go to stage 3 diet. Im down 13 1/2 pounds since the surgery. Very happy about that.

WOOHOO!!!! Way to go girl! what a great way to start, 13.5 in 7 days.!!! Keep up the good work.. you will be in that bikini before the end of summer LOL

Thanks Tammy but dont know about that bikini but at least I will be able to put a suit on and feel so much better about myself.
