Need help taking nasty meds

Does anyone after having surgery have to take Zantac Liquid. I have to take it twice a day and I am having a hard time getting it down, it taste so nasty. Any good tips on what I can mix it with or chase it down with?? I am Just 4 days out of surgery and doing very well and want to keep it that way. Thanks Morgan

Hi Libby - I don't know of anything to mix your Zantac Liquid with that will make much of a difference.....my advice is to just swallow it as quickly as you can (difficult, I know, at only a few days out). Once you are a couple months out, you may be able to substitute the Zantac in pill form. I also wanted to say congrats on your surgery and best wishes to you as you begin your post-op journey.
