I'm on the loosers bench

All went well with my Lap Roux-en-y sugery monday at B&W Hospital, Boston. I was first surgery in the morning , was in my room in the the afternoon, all went well, I did not have any painat all the time I was in the Hospital. Was releasted Wed, noonish with all my instructions that I have followed to the letter and still have not had what I would call pain. Some discomfort is more the word. I am doing well, a bit tired, I am taking it easy and I am SOOoooooo looking forward to the rest of the year. Perhps I wa one of the lucky people, But, as far as being opeated on and it bein painful. That did not happen. I feel like I have brusing on my ab. But, no more than being out of shape and woking out hard at the gymand having that pulled muscle ache. I did do a lo of walking and I think that is the key. I was not and am not having gas problems that are so very uncomforable after surgery. Thanks to everyone who sent prayers and wonderful thoughts. Thats sooooo great! Im hoping for the same as you as far as the pain goes. Really think alot has to do with your mind set. If you think your going to be in pain then you will....granted there are no complications. Keep us posted....
