Feb 12th, My new favorite day!!!!

Hello all, I just wanted to throw a quick post in here that I got my date just this morning and its Feb 12, at Portsmouth Reigional Hospital. I am so thankful that I got my approval the first time around. I must say that I am very impressed with both Harvard Pilgrim and Atlntic Surgical Associates. I'll be on the losers bench soon!!!!

I have Dr. Looser. And I really like him. He is very down to earth and easy to talk to. He is really clear on everything and laid back. I also know he has been practicing medicine for over 26 years and that he has been doing this particular procedure for more than 4. It definately alleviates my fears to know he is well qualified. Dr. Pacuiili is the only one i haven't met, I don't believe she was there the night of the very first informational seminar. How is she? I know that there are 2 surgeons in the room for every operation so I guess I could be involved with her as well.

Hi - Dr. Looser was the other surgeon for my RNY and he seemed great. He (along with Dr. P.) checked in with me a couple of times after surgery which was nice. Dr. Pacuilli is great - very willing to answer ANY question. You'll probably have a lot after surgery, so don't hesitate to call! Nancy S. has also been great at answering any question via phone or e-mail.
