Holidays.....

Hello I am a newbie to all of this. So far there have been a few of you, that have given me a lot of info, and have answered most of my questions which, I am sure I'll have a lot more along my journey. I'm sure the holidays are a hard time especially to the new lifestyle changes. I just wanted to say you all have come this far and keep the faith and be positive You know you can do it, after all you've come this far.. Thank you, Stacey. It is true that the holiday season can be difficult if you have problems controlling the impulse to indulge. I think the hardest thing for me to realize is that my eyes are always larger than my tummy now. It all looks so good, but there just isn't room for everything like there used to be (thankfully).
