CMC

I recently moved to NH and have been dealing with a bariatric center in Connecticut. I am contemplating transferring to someplace a little closer to home and wanted to know if CMC accepts prior appointments toward their program.

I don't know about CMC but the Parkland Portsmouth program does. Contact the coordinator Nancy Seasman at Portsmouth Reigonal Hospital. I know a few others that were able to take their previous records and testing over there. Good Luck.

I dont know about CMC but the Dartmouth Hitch**** in Manchester does. The program is slow since there is only one surgeon...but cant hurt to call them...they are very nice.

Hi Lisa, I go through the program at CMC and the Obesity Treatment Center there. From experience I can tell you they will not accept any transfer of credit for the Info Session or 2 support group meetings you must attend even if you have done this at your old program. They will accept things like test results and documented items from your doctors in Connecticut. Even know it seems like a pain the program there is great, I started with them in August and just had my RNY surgery on December 5th. The Doctor who does the surgery, Dr. Connie Campbell, is superb she is extremely knowledgable with a straight forward but extremely caring attitude. Hope this helps and good luck. Nancy
