One holiday down

Hello everyone. Hope everyone had a great day yesterday. It went better than I thought as far as the eating goes. A very strange thing happend to me yesterday. I couldnt eat alot! I had one plate with a little of everything on it and couldnt finish! I was so stuffed. WOW...never thought Id see that. I guess its because I have been cutting down on what I eat in order to loose weight pre-op. And all this time coming into this season I have been so worried how I was going to keep the weight off that I have lost...LOL. Now just counting down the days till I see the surgeon...Dec. 14th the big day....cant wait.
