GAS! GAS! GAS! HELP
I got home from the hospital on a Wed... Thursday afternoon the gas started, pains in my shoulder (gas), cramping, etc. I was told to walk and it helped... well it didn't help me, but someone on the boards told me to lay on my back on the floor and slowly rock back and forth and it will help dissapate the gas.. Also take a couple gas-x chewables... Friday I felt a little better, Saturday I woke up gas pain free!!
good luck!
Sorry can't help you out. I just had lapband on Wednesday in Boston and my doctor gets all the gas out. I have not had one gas pain for which I am grateful as I remember how bad it can be when I had my tubes tied in 1997. I thought I was going to die from the pain. Walk, walk, and more walking should do the trick!
