She is hanging in there. Has had several more surgeries related to that awful band of hers. It had to be removed and not easily from what she said. The docs say it is unlikely she will be able to have any other form of WLS. I told her that I saw this post on your board and that you were asking about her.

I contacted Dr. Atchison, he basically told me won't go.  No let me see you in the office and lets see what we can do or anything. 

I think that I will not have my insurance soon.  DH got a raise, and we are to 1 kid in the house, barley in the guidelines for me to be on now and with his raise I know it will go bye bye.  :(  Guess no tummy tuck or hernia repair for me.

I went to Methodist with Dr. Anthone who does the full DS but will do the VSG. He also has Dr. Winterstein in his office who is performing the VSG and other procedures. Dr. Anthone is VERY experienced and a wonderful person. Good luch with your journey, have a DS was the best decision I have ever made.
