Has anyone here from Nebraska had a surgeon from out of state do there surgery? Also if anyone knows a surgeon either in Nebraska or close to (Beatrice, NE) that will operate on teens, please let me know!!

Shelly, thanks for the information. My loan was denied today. So I guess it's back to square one. This whole process with insurance denials and waiting for 4 years is so heart breaking. I can't understend why there is not help out there for people. Thanks again

Good Luck to you.. Dr. White is my Doc and I am ever so happy with him and his staff. ( Do make sure the hospital takes your insurance) But it was odd, before I had the surgery I felt the the staff was difficult to work with, they seemed to be snappy sometimes and I felt I got differant answers from differant people, but maybe it was just me because now I would recommed them 110%.. You may have to work on that patience thing to get to the surgery, it can seem to take forever.. best to you. Jeanb

We have 2 options in Lincoln, Ne. One is at the Ne Surg Center for $14,000 and the other is $16,000 at the hospital (St. E) These include surgeon fee's and 6-12 months of fills. I work with the program so you can call me if you need further info. Depending on your needs these prices could fluctuate a bit, but this is ballpark range. Good Luck, Shelly

That is weird you're having so much trouble getting a hold of Beth. I just had my surgery 5/2 and so far so good. I was looking for Beth's business card and I can't seem to find it!!! Topic: Anyone with Dr. White in Omaha ?
Hello, I am trying to reach the dietician and coordinator with Dr. White's office and cannot get anyeone to schedule an appointment. I have tried several days. I hope this is not indictative of their process. I don't know how many times I should try without finding someone else. If they don't seem to bother with me now, how would they do for the surgery and post op. It is reallystarting to bother me. Anyone know this office and how they do things???

Thank you so much for encouragement. I have been so afraid that I am doing something wrong or stretched my band. Not that I'm eating alot cause I'm not eating anything like I was before surgery. I know that it is going to trial and error but I am now in an entire different world now. There are moments I think what have I done other than I am feeling much better and my energy is increasing daily. Thank you for just listening
