I attended the 1st annual weight loss seminar in Lincoln on Saturday.    I f my memory is correct it was titled "Renew, Refresh and Refocus" It was great, the speakers were very informative.   I won a massage, which was very relaxing.  That was my very first massage the only problem with it is it ended way too soon.  : )

I plan on going back next year. I realize from what was said at the meeting how important support groups are so I hope to be able to attend the one in Central City, we have one here in Grand Island but I already am committed to something else on the nights it meets. I do have a question, My husband asked me tonight if he should be attending the support meetings with me, and I said I don't know....any thoughts from anyone out there on this? Barb
