If ya don't believe posting makes a difference check out my OH friend armra1967. I've watched her change over the last few months (pictures & posts.) Shes going to succeed. And I know if she can. I can. We talk on a regular bases & share our feelings on life. I just want to thank OH for ALL my friends that keep me going. It does make a difference.

I heard on the news last night that a camera man from ABC news was killed yesterday afternoon just outside of G.I.(on I 80 ). He was on his way to Omaha to cover more on the story of t/mall shooter. That whole thing was sooo sad. My heart & prays go out to all of them & their families.

I had to go to Kearney this morning for my pre op physical and all that good stuff, what a trip that was, I took Hwy 30 instead of the interstate, I was ready to turn around at WoodRiver and come back home.  But I could see it was clearing so I kept going. Coming home in the afternoon was no problem.

I have to go out & press down a place for mousie to go potty. She doesn't like to get her feet wet. Poor baby. Nut'n spoiled bout her.Ha! The way t/weather map showed ..we weren't gonna get t/worst of it.Course we know he's only right half t/time. It's really get'n w/it. There goes my trip t/G.I.I'm really hungrey this morn.Our lesson at our WLS meeting was calories in calories out.According to that ..It takes more calories to burn up hard crunchy fruits & veggies than you get out of it..So I stocked up on raw crunchys. I guess I'll go crunch.

Heavenly Father, Please wrap your arms around the familys affected by the tragic happenings today in Omaha.  May your gentle touch help them through this....Along with Mary, Amen
