Topic: RE: how do you get required protein on mushies
Hi, you can try cheddar cheese soup made with skim milk. Also the sugar free puddings are made with skim milk. I also recommend the refried beans, salsa and broth blenderized. Mona

Eppley Airfield here in Omaha is the airport to use. It is then about 20 - 25 minutes from the airport to his office.

Topic: Which airport is closest to Dr. Anthone?
I'm considering using Dr. Anthone to get the DS and I need to know which airport I should use. I need to know tonight so my dh can take the info to work with him tomorrow and look up ticket prices.
Thanks,
Ronnie
Topic: RE: Jill007 Update
Doing okay now. I had a few bad days after I came home, but things are looking up. I return to the dr. on Mon.for a check-up. He removed half my fills while he was putting the port back in. The opening was soooo small..I was having trouble w/ solid foods. Now, I don't feel any restriction. I only have 2&1/2 cc now.He says after all the swelling goes down he'll add some more.

i tried a lot of different things for that, there are low fat refried beans, campbells healthy choice soups ( i put them in a blender and they still taste great) unflavored protien powder but my personal fav is the protien bullets. at almost 4 oz they have 42 grams of protien so i would mix 1/2 of it with water in the morning and have the rest later....hope it helps

Hi Jill, WooHoo! Congratulations on being 60 lbs lighter. That is so awesome. You might try other vitamins to find out which ones you like. After about 6 months or so you could go back to the regular vitamins. Make sure and take them with supper. Your band will be more open then. Keep up the good work. Mona
