Topic: Missed my support meeting tonight
I had to miss my support meeting tonight :( in Central City
My son has been in the hospitla and got out tlate this afternoon and had planned on staying with us for a night , I decided I should stay home with him.
I will miss then next one too we will be in Florida but promise to be at the meeting on the 3rd Tuesday in April.

I would like to ask all of you to be praying for the Cotton family especially tomorrow as the trial will begin in Lincoln. For you that dont know about this.... last May 17th Alicia Ochoa, then 15 along with her boy friend murdered her mother and 1/2 sister. Only God knows what all went on in their minds and he will guide all of them through this ordeal...thanks for the prayers, Beth

After having my band removed last November I have not been at this site much....went through lots of different and not so nice emotions. Ok, so I will just say I was a real ***** to be around....and I think I have been really rude to some people....you know who you are...and I am sorry
Anyway.....I am having my band replaced!!! Waiting to hear from Dot on a surgery date....I am sooooooooo excited to be able to be on the track to being healthy again.
So many people told me that now I KNOW how to eat so it should be easy to keep the weight off......not true........we all know HOW to eat and WHAT to eat....its just not that easy or none of us would be in this place.....
Just wanted to say thanks for all the kind messages I have received over the past 4 months and also, I am sorry for those I have been *****y too...

Thank you. I was looking at Omaha since it is only 2 hours away versus the 4 to 5 for Iowa City.
But I will check into them.
