wow its been a long while since I posted...I feel like  have been so far since I was last here... definately time to give back..my sister is having surgery a gastric bypass with Dr. Goering wow hard to believe it will be 3 yrs in Sept!!!! I am doing good..I have lost 125lbs..was stuck for about a yr and a half and recently started losing again..and then when my sis told me she was having surgery the things we talked about like did u have to do this or this test and what to eat after surgery really brought back a lot of memories..I saw an old pic of me the other day and my gosh who knew I was that BIG!!! So I feel good knowing I will be the helper with my sis..she is older than me with severe arthritis that she is disabled so gosh I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo happy she is elligible!!! so I jus wanted to say hey..lots of new names and faces since I left..I have to catch up soon take care, Jean K
