Answering some questions..

Thank to all of you who emailed me and I didnt know there was so many who posted her..Thanks for posting too! I guess the secret is that I still cant eat more than 4 ounces at a time and I am never hungry..I eat anything and everything I want. Nothing bothers me. Guess I have a good band! haha. Have a membership to Curves and dont go as much as I did 2-3 years ago. I really need to get back into it. thanks Chaye and i have very good support!! Cal girl form Sf. I have been to the convention the last 2 years and plan to go again this year. I also started our local support group 3 1/2 years ago and just took it over again a couple months ago. I love to help everyone I can. Judith.. thanks for the email. Mona from Scottsbluff is 4 years out too and is doing great! Sharen.. being healthy and having energy to do everything I couldnt 4 years ago is worth ever minuet of it!! Thank Mona, my good friend and you have done a great job and are an inspiration to all that know you!! Hugs. Astarre, you will get there and do just fine. Well what did my little brain do I know I'am not a stinker cause i can fit into the shower now since I have lost weight no more marines showers with the wash cloth. Plus I use cologne Obession by Calvin Kline so my many female admirers tell me I'am no {STINKER}. LOL well need to get caught up on some of these post or I will be on the stinker list. I'm sitting here laughing and freezing...damn it's cold!! Feels like fal instead of spring.I love Obession!!! My daughter wears it too and she always smells so good.. so i got some and one person said i fmelt ggood so i gave it to her...bye now.. Beth
