Congrats on the 4 years and the progress you have made.
As for regaining the 10 lbs.... do you think it is the restriction and AMOUNT of food that you've been eating or could it be the TYPES of foods?
Also.... dare I say it.... don't you think that as we age our metabolism slows?
Who knows... No matter what has caused it, good for you for addressing it now and good luck deflating that tire
