way to go Steph! You are doing awsome!! I will be 4 years out in June and think I have done well and kept the weight off. I feel so good I make my daughter mad at me sometimes..as ther get tired before me We had a great meeting last Tuesday amd Jimmy did great with the information he covered on snacking and grazing. I think it hit home on all of us! Well, must go as I dont have a cleaning lady..later, Beth
