Hello to all, Well it's been 18 days since my surgery, I've lost 42lbs. But not without some problems. I found out about dehydration I know how it really feels. I just don't have an appetite. I truly hate the feeling of food in my mouth. Is that strange? Anyone else have that feeling? Up until last Tuesday I was walking a mile a day. On Thursday I couldn't even finish a quarter of a mile. This is a real hard place for me, Iam tired it's hard just to putter around the house. Thanks for listening. Brooke

Hi Brooke, it takes a while till you get to feeling better. Your job for the first month is to stay hydrated. Keep drinking. Try not to push with activity until you start feeling better.Move when you can and take rest breaks. You are still recovering from surgery. Congratulations on your weight loss so far. Keep up the good work. Mona
