North Platte Support Group

Hi Everyone, I went to the support group last night and had a great time. There are some neat people attending and running the group. I hope I answered a lot of the questions everyone had about wls. Thanks for inviting me and I hope to be back soon. Mona

Sure thing..and thanks for coming. You look great on TV last night!! Yvonne and I will be in SB evening of the 13th so she can see Holloway early Friday am in case she need surgery. She will come to NP and I will go with her if I can get off work or change days with one of the girls.I will call you when we get to town. Beth

Hi Beth & Mona-It was so nice to meet both of you last night and everyone else at the meeting. I thought it was really informative and I will definetly keep going to NP. Even my friend Wanda enjoyed herself, she would also like to have surgery, but she works part time and doesn't have coverage yet. She is also divorced and has 2 girls going to college. She is hoping to go full time and get good benefits then maybe she could have it done. I haven't scheduled my consult yet-hopefully the office will call me tomorrow. Just want to get going here and have it done already. Everyone was so inspirational. Thanks again for being so kind. Laura

Mona, thank you for the information you shared. Beth and Jimmy are going to do a wonderful job with the group. I hope your ride home was uneventful. Most of the time I am exhausted, but not because of the WLS, it's the other health issue. I was impressed by all the helpful information you were able to bring us. Thanks again for coming. Betty
